Terms & Conditions for Just Ask

Last updated: October 2025 These terms and conditions apply to the Just Ask app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Denys Makhinchuk (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a subscription-based service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”. Upon downloading or using the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. Please make sure you read them carefully before using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution of the Application or any part of it is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions are not allowed. All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider. The Service Provider is committed to keeping the Application as helpful and effective as possible. However, they reserve the right to make changes to the Application or charge for its services at any time, with clear notice provided to users. Any fees for premium access or subscription services will be communicated transparently through the Application or the app stores.

Information and Data Usage

The Application does not collect any personally identifiable data such as name or contact information. However, the Application may use third-party services that collect anonymous, aggregated information to improve performance and experience. Subscription and Payments

The Application operates exclusively through a paid subscription model. Access to content and features is available only to active subscribers (monthly or yearly). All payments and renewals are securely handled by Apple’s App Store and Google Play.
  • Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings on the respective platform.
  • Refunds are handled according to the refund policies of Apple or Google.
The Service Provider does not collect or store any payment details. All transactions are processed securely through the app stores.

Use of the Application

The Application is designed as an interactive game that promotes communication, creativity, and emotional intelligence among users — including children, families, couples, and adults. Some features require an active Internet connection to function properly.

Internet and Connectivity

The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not work properly due to lack of Internet access or mobile data. You are responsible for any charges from your network provider, including roaming data fees, that may result from using the Application outside of Wi-Fi zones. If you use the Application on someone else’s device or account, it is assumed that you have permission to do so. The Service Provider is not responsible for any issues arising from misuse or shared accounts.

Device Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your device in good condition and charged. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for any problems caused by device malfunctions, software issues, or incompatible systems.

Children’s Use

The Application may be used by children under adult supervision. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. If you believe that a child has shared personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Opt-Out and Uninstallation

You can stop all data collection and usage by uninstalling the Application at any time. You may use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the App Store or Google Play.

Liability and Disclaimer

The Service Provider strives to keep the Application accurate and functional. However, the Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties, either express or implied. The Service Provider cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. They are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or inconvenience resulting from use or inability to use the Application. The Service Provider also relies on external systems and networks, which means that some interruptions or technical issues may occur beyond their control.

Updates and Termination

The Service Provider may update or modify the Application at any time to improve performance or add new features. You may need to install updates to continue using the Application. The Service Provider may also stop supporting or remove the Application without prior notice. If discontinued, your right to use the Application will end immediately, and you should delete it from your device.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. Continued use of the Application following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
